Types of work accepted: Observational Studies, RCT, clinical studies, and clinical innovations related to arthritis and musculoskeletal health, within the conference themes listed above.

General Guidelines

1. The author should be registered for the conference to present the paper.
2. The abstract must be original, unpublished work and must relate to one of the conference themes.
3. Each abstract must be submitted under one category: UG, PG, or Professional. The category is that of the presenting author.
4. Abstracts should be free of plagiarism.
5. Research involving human participants must include a statement of ethical approval and informed consent.

Submission Process

1. Prepare your abstract using the Abstract Template (Word document): ARTHRITIS_2026_Abstract_Template
2. Submit through https://forms.gle/xSfP14xcSWAsp4qo9 by 3^rd December 2026.
3. Submit only one file per abstract, named Presenting Author Name and Category.
4. The Scientific Committee will review submissions, and the decision will be sent to the corresponding author by 5^th December 2026.

Presentation

• Accepted abstracts will be presented online during the conference on 18^th December 2026.
• Presentation format: On the Zoom platform, camera to be on; each presenter will get 5 minutes.

Awards and Publication:

• Cash prizes will be awarded to the winners, recognising outstanding scientific contributions.
• Accepted presentations will be considered for the Best Paper Awards in each category (UG, PG and Professionals), and best papers for publication in a Special Issue of the VIMS Journal of Physical Therapy (VIMSJPT), subject to the journal’s editorial and peer-review processes.
